I see a lot of vehicle pictures flooding the community page; there is nothing else, just a picture. Is this different on a phone? Can you see more and information on the phone?

When I went to the link

I thought I could learn what this is because it says About the_ebay_motors_app.

Nope, just pictures and nothing about the app.

Does anyone know why the pictures are flooding the community? If they are for sale, why isn't there a link or information?  Show and tell? Spam?

I see as different advertising attempts, spam would be the same truck/vehicle posted over and over.
