bug on seller dashboard

Anybody else having an issue by clicking on the following screenprint from the ebay seller dashboard.

Its saying when clicking either of these 2 links that the information has moved.

Under the Seller Hub Under the heading Promotional Offers (see screenshot below):

When clicking in either Expand your buyer pool with ease or Get more details you are met with an error screen in EBAY see second screenshot..

I am surprised the linking issue is still there.
