One thing is for sure, you are guaranteed to be ripped off by Ebay and Paypal, and more then once. Ebay and Paypal has become nothing more than a playgroud for crooks. It's very easy to rip someone off on Ebay and Paypal, great way to make fast money. The best way is "item not as described" and "received empty box" both are guaranteed to work.
