Under buy it now offers 1 item one price. I want to offer 2 items or 3 items or 4 items w/ discounts

Are you talking about you sending offers, buyers sending offers, or listing a quantity of the same item with buy it now discounts showing in the listing?

You would need a store subscription to use the promotional tools.
