When I try to counteroffer, I get the message There is an issue processing your request.  How do I fix this?

Same issue here, sometimes I get lucky and 1 may go through. Called and they acknowledged the issue and said it would be 24-48 hours until resolved (probably a generic answer). Then if they dont fix and your offers expire, you have to reachout to the prospective buyer again and have them put in an offer again. This has been a rough week and these quality issues are wearing thing on me.
