Why doesn't Ebay standard shipping show when I am shipping a 2 oz. ticket. All options should appear. Also media mail does not show when shipping a magazine.

Magazines do not qualify... FYI

You may be sending comic books, newspapers, or magazines. And these are not allowed with Media Mail. Additionally, when you ship books, movies, or music that need to be delivered quickly, Media Mail may take too long. This is when it may be good to use Priority Mail or First Class Mail.

EBay standard shipping only applies to certain categories. If the eBay standard shipping doesn't show up, then the ticket doesn't qualify. You can still send it with a stamp, just no tracking that way.

Magazines don't qualify for media mail.

Magazines have advertisements, so they are not qualified for Media Mail

EBay and USPS make sure all options do not appear for all listings.  It's a purposeful action on their part.  Plenty of sellers inappropriately used Media Mail for items that didn't qualify.
