Had a real store customer bring in a list of model trains with model numbers make by one company for us to find/buy for them. Search by brand name brought back 70 or so.
Clicked on first one with a right number, listing said they had more of brand so clicked on sellers other items link. Can see two we want right on top of list. So typed in brand name to see all and nothing happens. No search button and clicking in dead space does nothing.
Then added a model number and page auto reloads and that one comes up. Can find no way to get all of them to show up. We had to add numbers, one by one, to find out that of the twelve they have only the two that wound up shows in the beginning were right numbers.
Next seller same deal - ten minutes to find out they had just one.
Wound up easier to just add model numbers to main search and accidentally finding out that two sellers had most of what we wanted between them.
How is 'other items' search working right?
