You'll have to be more specific. eBay only uses PayPal for purchases now, not for selling, but if your computer is remembering your password that's a computer feature not an eBay one usually. If something else is going on, please try to give us the details of what you're seeing and we'll try to help, although know that this might be better on the Buying board if you're trying to purchase something.
