I recently sold an item in which the buyer had an issue with. We talked and reached a resolution of me giving him a partial refund. He opened a return request, I offered him a partial refund, he accepted, but the payment didn't go through. Now my PayPal account is negative and it says I have to take action on the refund. Because this didn't work, we resolved our issue another way, but now I'm stuck with an open return and negative PayPal balance and a hold on the funds. Can anybody help me with this?
