I feel I can be scammed but just wondering: if there are more chances to win a possible dispute if a buyer has zero feedback or it doesn't matter for eBay Resolution Center the user rating?
A buyer's feedback (zero or otherwise) has nothing to do with any Seller Protections, or any dispute resolution.
As far as cancelling, that's up to you, but cancelling without just cause gets you a negative mark on your seller account.

The bottom line, never sell an item you can't afford to lose.

The time to think about getting scammed is before you list the item, not after you sold it.

For now, ship what you sold.
For the future, sign up for Ebay International Shipping, which will offer you much protection on international transactions.
