Negative feedback removal for late shipment

I was given a negative feedback for slow shipping, when in fact I was within the estimated delivery time frame.

Called eBay and in less than 5 minutes had feedback removed! It's such a relief when Ebay CS works the way it's suppose to work!

Just wanted to share some good news because most of what I read on here is just darn depressing!!
