Label Prefernces

Can anyone direct me to the Label Preferences page?

eBay made a shipping update a week ago and my 6x4 labels are now formatted to 8x11

The label issue is browser specific.   If you are using Firefox.....that is where the issue is.

I switched to safari.....and labels printed fine.

Make sure ebay tech support knows about this.

Thanks for the reply. It turns out it was eBay shipping label preferences before printing bulk labels that needed to be re formatted. The settings were changed to default with their update to the 8x11 size. All is well now!
