Is this type of sale allowed by ebay?

Can a seller in China list an item for sale,  state they are in the United States in the listing, then have the item shipped directly to the buyer from a large store in the USA, with probably no possibility of return since the mailing label simply gives the retailer's address?   Is it likely that this seller has some agreement with the retailer?  Opinions?

Nah. Nothing ever happens when you do.  Why? It was exactly what I wanted, faster than I wanted, and delivered before Ebay or the seller either one even knew Walmart had shipped. Offshore dropshippers  almost always bend ebay's rules without penalty. Had it been INAD or defective, I  would have complained loudly.
