I shot a short (less than 1 minute and less than 150 Mb) video showing the condition of the product I listed. Video & audio with the audio as room tone only - no narration or music.
I uploaded several times as .mov and as .mp4 formats. 1920 x 1080, and also 720. I'm using a one-word text only in the file name.
Ebay kicks it out of the system after about a minute saying it does not support this format. Yet, this is exactly the published format. I've tried about 6 or more times in various modified formats, both .mov and .mp4.
Can anyone offer advice how I can post this video or what am I missing here?
