Hold placed on my funds received from an item I've sold previously? Up to 21 days.

Only other time I ever had a hold placed on my account was when I was new and had only sold a couple items. Why this hold on my funds all of a sudden? Hoping that Ebay won't determine that the money isn't mine or something like that, especially after I ship the item.

They are just quarantining your money so you don't get the virus.

I say this in jest, but I can actually imagine ebay thinking this up as an excuse .........

They still consider you a new seller and your payments can still be held.

The rules on this have been around for years.  You are a very casual sellers with very few transactions as a seller.  I realize you have some, but it is only a few.  And there is some lapses in between when you list and when you don't.  Months have gone by.
