That should always be against the rules right?
It was a local pickup only item and I messaged them and they asked to cancel which I did under "Buyer request"
A month later "This item is low quality, not comfortable, blah blah.
Maybe they did wrong one, and innocent mistake.
Reason I post, is this always acceptable to request removal? I don't want to use the limited amount of request re
visal that we get.
Is there a link I should use to have the bots check it, before contacting customer service?

You can request to have it removed in the link below be sure to include that the purchase was canceled.
This doesn’t count as a revision. A revision is what you ask your buyer to do.
But don’t see any neutral feedback in your profile.

I contacted support today and they removed it.
