Yes, if you exceed the sales threshold.

You can manually obtain a 1099 if it was issued and you did not receive it by Going to Taxes on the Payments Menu.

Deadline for eBay to release 1099-K forms is Jan 31st each year. They will be posted on your payments section here:

I assume you mean the 1099K.  There are a dozen or more different types of 1099's.  And yes it is an IRS form and yes Ebay and anyone that has to issue one also sends the info to the IRS.

it doesn't appear from the activity on the account you are posting with that you would qualify for a 1099K in 2023.  But with that said, all income is suppose to be reported to the IRS with or without any 1099K being issued.
