Did you mean:

Ebay messed up and accused me of counterfeit, any recourse?

So I received a message last night that one of my items was pulled. It was for a "blank" Magic the Gathering card that came with some prebuilt decks. The listing was "#193650539875 - Magic MTG - Blank Proxy Card - World Championships 1998 - HP".

There is absolutely no possibility that it was a fake. It's a $2 card that nobody would ever counterfeit, and it was maybe flagged because of the word "proxy" in the title. This word was used because that was the original purpose of these cards.

So either Ebay's bots are too stupid to know the difference, an Ebay employee was too stupid to know the difference, or a combination of both. Of course, Ebay's message also has a "don't bother replying to this message" in fine print at the bottom, so I guess I'm guilty until proven innocent.

Is there any way to get this strike/record removed from Ebay's records? I'd rather not have a "counterfeit" on my sales records when it was Ebay who made the mistake.
