Defect transaction

Hello I have 1 defect transaction for  " out of stock" . This defect was on the 1 February 2019.. Already 1 year passed , but this defect still affect my rating.. When it will be removed ?

AFTER February 1. In theory, it should come off at your next evaluation.

Ebay time, it's January 31st, so give it another day or so.

Seller performance evaluations are on the 20th of the month; it will no longer affect your seller status after the February 20th evaluation.
