Cannot Leave Buyer Feedback, Multiple Messages to Ship Items Shipped Thru Ebay Days Ago

A couple of current beefs-

* Today, feedback cannot be left for Buyers.

* Messages are left for multiple purchases saying, "PAID - SHIP NOW".  Well, the items were shipped days ago with shipping labels originating on ebay.  This has been going on for 1+ month.

Sort of small beefs, but these do waste our time.  Ebay, for what Sellers pay to you and with a 2020 net income of USD 5.6+ billion, you should be doing better.

What happens when you try to leave feedback for your buyers?
