Buyer refunded due to postal service

Sold or should I say gave away 2 items due to slow postal service eBay refunded buyers I tracked items and buyers eventually received items but one refuses to pay thank you eBay

It sounds like your issue was the postal service, not eBay.

If refunded by eBay and not voluntarily buy you appeal the case with eBay with the tracking that shows delivered:

If you refunded and not eBay forcing it, it was voluntarily and eBay can do nothing for you.

When it was delivered the case was already closed
