Buyer asked for refund, but did not send the item back !

Hi guys,

I buyer didn't want the item he bought from me. So he said he would send it back to me and requested a refund.

I already gave him a full refund, but the buyer didn't send the item back. So what can I do?

Dont give any refunds until you get the item back and you inspect it unless you dont want the item returned then it doesnt matter.

I'm sorry, but you have learned a hard lesson. Never refund until you have the item back.

The next time someone wants a refund, send this message:

Dear Buyer;

We are sorry that you are unhappy with your item. Please return the item for a refund.

From your Purchase History, Select "Return this Item". We will issue a refund when the item is delivered to us.
