Am I special or is this happening to anyone else?

Tried to write a listing on Ebay just now, but instead of listing a Single Item I got:

signin.ebay.com refused to connect.

Tried closing everything down and coming back in.  Same result.  Am about to log out and log back in again and see if that works.  (it did)  Either someone is throwing bolts and sparkplugs out from under the hood again or????

It seems to respond to closing any running videos, logging out, closing your browser and then reopening and logging back in.  I've had to re-log in more and more often lately, so surprise surprise.  Yeah well.
