On my main hub page it says I have 2 items paid and ready to ship but when you click on it there is nothing there. Everyday after I print all my labels it always go back to two items to ship. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?

Every now and then the notification bell loses track of its counters and fails to reset. You should see an [X] in the upper right corner of each notification. Click that on each one and they should go away permanently.
