hey i started a return and seller closed my return with no notes i trying get hold of a ebay agent i like return them they have scam me i got in mail dint work and were baby size earing aid i asked for return and they blew me off i paid almost 150$ i very upset i cant not even hear them am disable person deaf and my money been miss treated my son who is hearing say there so low and quiet that it broken a deaf person cant hear it

If the return is closed there is nothing eBay can do. 

You can do a chargeback through PayPal if that's how you paid or your credit card company you have about 180 days to do so.
