Hello, buyer asked for full refund because of damage from shipping . sent me pictures so I iniated full refund . Now I do not know how to get compensated from UPS damage . Janet

Go to their web site and open an account, using the same email as your Ebay account.

Then use the photos the buyer provided to start a claim.

Did you purchase the UPS label through eBay @chih_69 ? If you did, follow the claims process outlined here:

Make sure you contact the buyer right away and ask them to hold on to the item and all original packing materials and shipping box. UPS will generally require the buyer to turn it over for inspection.

If the outer box was not damaged there is a very high probability UPS will deny the claim for 'insufficient packaging'.
