Last week, I made a request to return an item. I had already printed the USPS return label and prepared the return package, but before long, I had discovered that the seller had sent me a refund without me sending it out yet. I emailed the seller asking about it, and the seller still wants the item back, as the return label was already charged for. I need to know, will the label still be accepted for delivery by USPS? I hope so, because I do not want to have to purchase another label just to send it back.

Yes the label will still work. Refunding you does not void the label the seller paid for.
You should send the item back ASAP. Refunding you first before actually receiving the return back, sounds like a good seller to me. It's called the honor system.
