Does anyone know to contact eBay I have two sellers that won’t refund my 2 returns

Did you open returns through Ebay or just shipped the items back?

Hold on to shipping receipts / tracking numbers if you didn't ship through Ebay.

Did you open official Return requests? If so, and the seller hasn't responded after 3 days, you can escalate to eBay.

A Seller can't withhold a refund. Once you follow the procedure to return an item through ebay's automated system.....well, that insures you will receive your refund in most cases...

If you did not use the proper Money Back Guarantee procedure and only communicated with the seller without opening a case, you will have a difficult time. (that's not the way it's done)
