Need help with EBay money back warranty

I bought the iPhone 15 pro max from the seller name Bluetronics49  03/15/24

i received 03/20/24 but the phone is not work like described , seller said phone work with ATT only

l have the SIM card with Att, but the SIM card from Att is not compatible the phone can’t work

with the first l ask to return the seller didn’t say anything just answer the case end up close

please check and help me l paid $ 711.00 now l need EBay step in to help,but look like they are not help

Once your return was closed, for whatever reason, you cannot open another ebay return for the same item.

Hopefully you paid with PayPal or a Credit Card and you can file a dispute with them for Item Is Not As Described.

Before buying the phone, did you check to see if the model would work with the sim card you had?
