It is very clear that seller protection does not mean anything on eBay like it used to, no matter if you prove your side with 100% facts, it does not mean anything! eBay will even tell you over the phone don't worry you guys are protected, don't worry you are a top seller we know you do good business, etc... Only to be lied to time and time again, its getting ridiculous, over the last 6 months we have lost over $2,600. Due to eBay not doing their job, due to incompetence at whoever is reviewing the case, due to eBay just not protecting the sellers by any means, its pathetic and they have the monopoly not to care, they know there the biggest selling platform out there and abuse it.
