saved seller page completely messed

On both my Ebay stores the saved seller list has a new look with red circle with exclamation mark on left side, blue heart and 3 vertical Dots on right that do nothing and the seller cannot eliminate a saved name

I just noticed the same thing, I'm surprised nobody else has made any comments.
