Why Is Ebay's Site Not Encrypted?

The URL address shows Https:// yet at the side, it says ⱷNOT SECURE. Needless to say, this makes me very nervous about my personal information with all of the data breaches going around. When will this be fixed?

What browser are you using? I'm using Chrome and all of my settings are as they should be. I have no issue with any other websites. I know how to check my settings since I'm retired IT.

I see a secure connection in Firefox Developer 76.0b6, Firefox 75.0 and in Chrome 83.0.4103.24 beta and Chrome 81.0.4044.122.

There may be an issue with the Purchase History page (or the Summary page which has some purchase history information on it). I am seeing an insecure connection on those two pages now.
