Seller initiated offers -- not always encrypting buyer User IDs

Just checked a listing and went to review offers sent (by me -- seller initiated). Saw that the 4 offers sent on a specific listing don't have the buyer User IDs encrypted... screenshotted for proof that I'm not crazy (won't share now since they arent encrypted). Then checked a 2nd listing, they were encrypted. Checked a 3rd listing, wasn't encrypted.

Yes, I'm sure these are active seller initiated offers (the kind that should habe buyer USER ID encrypted) and not buyer initiated offers or previously accepted offers.

Very odd .... any ideas or experience with this? I've NEVER seen a buyer user ID unencrypted. Found this on Chrome Browser -- not on mobile app. 2 of 3 showed unencrypted so intermittent? 🤔

Re: Seller initiated offers -- not always encrypting buyer User IDs

Update: EBay reached out to me directly and I shared the screenshots with them. Their teams are looking into it.

Appears a bit pervasive. Found 9-10 unencrypted out of a dozen... strange glitch
