Paid-Unpaid Item remains in my Purchase History display

Three years ago a seller was unable to deliver an item to me, and eBay refunded my payment. Since that time, whenever I review my eBay "Purchase History", the item appears, with "Awaiting Payment" and "Paid" both displayed. Double-clicking on the image causes the "We Looked Everywhere" message to appear; nothing more. I just want to make it go away. Can anyone help?

Click the "More actions" dropdown then click "Hide order", so you won't have to look at it.

There is no Hide Order option in the drop down...

I checked my Purchase History from 2021 first to see what can be done, and it's in my drop down.

Are you on a PC, or using the app?

I use many different PCs. The same four "More actions" dropdown options always appear:

Contact Seller

View seller's other items

Sell this item

Add note

All mine show "Hide order" in the last slot on the list, but don't show "View seller's other items".

Very strange, like we're not even looking at the same Purchase History view.

You can contact eBay CS and see if they can fix it or hide it.

Yes it is strange.

I've seen all the "normal" options on about 2,500 other items in my purchase history.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the seller's failure to deliver.

eBay cancelled the order at some point.

Maybe I misread your post then - you see "Hide order" on all the other purchases, but just not on this one?

If you see that transaction in your Purchases in the eBay app, try using the "edit" option to select that item then tap the trash can icon to see if that hides it. It may take more than once to work.
