First, it is certainly possible, however unlikely, to have any number of watchers, even 19, w/o any views or bids. You can watch an item without ever opening the listing to view it, or placing a bid...
The automated assistant will not help you nor will CS.
Did you *click* the little "0" views? Often times I see 0 views, and click it and shows there are views but it's a glitch that initially presents the "0" ... It may simply be a glitch and there may be views that you can see if you click into it.
