Marketing emails

Scheduled for weekly, broken since 2015. Should be 52 emails a year.

2017 - no emails went out  all of Oct or November.  Pending for the 23rd of Nov literally dropped off the map and doesn't even show up as scheduled.

2 in Sept. and 1 in Aug.

none in July

1 In Jun, 1 in May

None in Apri

3 in March

2 in Feb

1 in Jan/2017

THESE EMAILS ARE SCHEDULED WEEKLY, AND SUDDENLY IT WAS TRYING TO PUSH THEM OUT ALMOST DAILY AND FAILED IN FEB 2016 AS INDICATED BELOW:

...OBVIOUSLY it is broken, marketing. I called, begged, pleaded, cried, and I am told there is nothing we can do. forwarded it to tech.

 I am a power seller, over  9553 transactions All time Sales $385,516.26

And As of today my sales are 71.8%Down with  8.5%Down  - Market

I have 100% Postivie Feedback.

ebay customer service just says they forward it to tech. and that is the last of it. i have no idea why why why marketing does not work.  I never hear back from tech. it is a major glitch, and as you can tell from above, hugely affecting my bottom line. - i doubt posting here will help. i have no idea how to get my problem resolved. it is a huge revolving door with no answers and dwindling sales. so sad.

same issue here, and extremely frustrated at the lack of response from Ebay, especially during this selling season.

Why would eBay break the email marketing system? 
Is this on purpose? 

The more sales we have the more they make in fees...
