Keywords Not Searchable In Store or Seller Hub

For some reason when I search for certain words in my eBay store or in the Seller Hub (Active Listings) it returns zero results. For example, I have many Juicy Couture watches available but when I search for 'Juicy' it returns zero results. Search for 'Couture', and it works. I have found this to be a problem with the keywords of many of the products that I have in stock. It's a minor nuisance and there are ways, albeit time-consuming, to work around, but I really wished it worked right. Also, customers who happen to search my store get zero results, and that's not good.

There is a site wide tech ticket for this issue @gear-house. Problem's been ongoing for a month. You can contact customer service and ask them to add your account to ALERT14435

The more people added to the ticket, the higher priority it gets on the fix list.
