I've been on ebay since 1998. their quality has become so bad, it's become nearly unusable the past few years. Have they become so bad due to deferred maintenance because they're losing money because they have actual competition now from offerup, craigslist, FB marketplace, etc,... or is their horrific customer service just them maximizing profits at the expense of their users? Of course they're using covid as an excuse. Managed payments was the second to last straw for me, meltdowns like we had today may be the final straw. You shouldn't run a lemonade stand this way, let alone a multi billion dollar business that many of us depend on for our livelihood. Extraordinarily frustrating but try getting a hold of anyone for answers. They'd prefer that we pound sand.
