Contacting customer service to ask about Ebay ip/url whitelist for website and app. No one know what that means. Any help in getting an updated listed posted?

You're not supposed to post links to off-eBay websites. Especially not in an eBay listing, and mostly they're not allowed on the community either. But any eBay domain url would be allowed. Other than that, I don't think you're going to find any whitelist.
