Alternate view of product not responding

Ebay website will not allow for alternate views of an item. The thumbnail photos on the left side will not respond to touch command. The arrows on main photo will not respond to touch command. It is impossible to commit to a purchase without seeing alternate views first. I reverted my IPad to factory settings, so it’s likely the problem is on EBay’s side. Thanks!

What operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.

See if you can use the latest version of another browser or another device.
