Hello, we have an account on the eBay marketplace and, after opening a developer account, we aimed to manage inventory through the API system. We have completed the token processes via the API, and despite using the same email address for our developer account as on the marketplace, we are not receiving the expected responses for our inventory management requests. For example, when we send a request to create a product, we cannot see the product in the marketplace panel. Similarly, we manually created a product through the marketplace panel and when trying to retrieve information about the product using the API, we get nothing. We are seeking your assistance in identifying the source of this issue.
