How to fetch question of a products

Hello! I'm working on a sort of 'item question management' system, but I'm struggling to find the endpoint or the event for this (the questions).

I aim to create an application that displays and answers questions, but I feel that I might not be capable of doing so! Does anyone have any information about this?

It sounds like you are trying to manage messages between buyer and seller. If so, look for the API to manage messages.

eBay has SDKs for various languages that may also include different response formats.

I have not used the Trading API, but the traditional SOAP calls usually support  XML, JSON, or NV formats.
