Hobbs Brockunier & Co, made 'long' hobnail colored glassware like this, and is usually credited with making any colored hobnail pcs with elongated pointed ends like this. If you search for Hobbs Brockunier you will find lots of similar such items listed, both here on eBay and elsewhere. Hobbs Brockunier went out of business around the turn of the century, and eventually the factory became Northwood. Hope this helps.
