Please Help ID Pattern

I couldn't find this Minton pattern anywhere. All I could find was the hallmark, dating it between 1912 ans 1950. Thanks very much!

I found a blue and a yellow, variations of AS K138 or K138. That's the pattern number on the back, just not sure how to read it.

I always forget how I found stuff! There is a blue and also a pink on the replacements site under K138 and K138C. The yellow eludes me.
