Hope someone is able to recognize the Artist by work or signature. Hard time researching, not even sure if I have the signature backwards😊

Looks to be 'studio' pottery to me, and there are thousands of possibilities. Here is a link to the Marks Project for studio pottery makers. Some times this works for me. Good luck.

My first impression is the signature says Roy. Maybe that will offer a clue and a starting point to ID?
