What a mess, even the instruction to remove old card are defunct....
Strange they seem to desire not to be able to correct such things.......
Makes on wonder.
Any advice???

Just out of curiosity, what device are you on when attempting this? If it’s the app giving you fits , then use a browser on your device or try in on a computer/ laptop.

Using a Mac.
Worked on other sites with out any problems. Time will tell, may have to find on of them rare folks that do payment management to see what one going on..... NUTS it is.
Hmm could go and try windows ehhhh....
Half the time lately it will not even take the correct password......
