Seller payment for item not Received "HELPPPPPP"

Can someone help me please. Ebay has no customer service phone number working nor are they available on the chat. Why is this page even working without any type of customer service whatsoever. Ebay is not using Paypal anymore to send us our payments. Ive updated the account info many times already and it keeps telling me to keep updating it. A week and still payment can't be issued tried to contact customer service but they are not working live. I USE TO LOVE EBAY BUT IT'S HORRIBLE NOW WITH ALL THIS INCONSISTENCY!

Please go to "help & contact" then go to "contact us" after that you should select "selling" then select "shipping your item" and at the very bottom you will see "have us call you". An eBay customer service rep will call you when they are ready, so you will not be on hold.

Hope this helps, I've tried this method myself and I always get ahold of someone. Not too many people know about this because it's hidden.

To avoid contacting someone you can always open a "non-paying buyer case" which will leave a ding on the buyers account for not paying for the item. After the case has been closed you will receive final value credit in your invoice.
