Payment on hold

I feel that it is ridiculous that Ebay puts a payment on hold untill the shipment is received by the buyer. In my case US customs is apparently overburned and all that time I have to wait for my money. Previously it was sufficient to insert the Track & Trace code when shipped. I'm a seller with excellent ratings and despite this, Ebay puts my payment on hold. I really wonder why.

Looks like it's been awhile since you sold anything, so they treat you as a new seller and will hold the funds.
