Payment invoice of 10$ do that i did not sold anything in the app

Hello recently I received a payment invoice of 10$ and dedicated 10$ from my pay pal do that i was un able to sell any thing , I received some fake offers from scammers who wanted to steal my identity when I asked them to proceed with payment they were asking about phone conversation or other personal information other than using the app normal selling process. I want to know why I have been charged 10$.
