Can't my eBay be associated with paypal

To sell on Ebay,  you must sign up for Ebay Managed Payments. Ebay no longer uses PayPal to pay sellers.

No way around it.

You need to link a Payoneer account for payouts and attach a credit card to eBay for seller fees.  What type of eBay account do you have? You can sell on either account on eBay,  however if it's  a personal account you must link a Payoneer Individual account. If your eBay account is a business account you need a Payoneer Company account.

Here's Payoneer's requirements for eBay payouts.

You must also attach a credit card to eBay for seller fees that aren't taken from your payout.

Payoneer will let you know right away if you were successful linking to eBay. Then it will take 2-4 weeks for eBay to approve you to sell. When you're approved they'll send you an email. You are not to list until eBay emails you and tells you your selling account is now activated and your're all set.

Then you'll have listing limits for awhile. Purchasing a store subscription would not be wise until they're lifted.

After the buyer pays you there will be a hold on the payment until tracking shows delivered, or for 21 days if there's no tracking.

Good luck with selling.
